Method 2: Remove and Reconnect Printer

You should remove any previously installed hp printer drivers from your PC and reconnect the printer again to allow fresh installation of the printer driver.

Step 1: Unplug the Printer from the PC. Just remove the USB connection cable from the PC and Printer.
